We want you to be happy! We will gladly provide a refund for the Doidy cup returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and the shipping time is between 3-7 days.

Return Policy

In order to process a return:

1. Send an email to doidycup@gmail.com with your order # and the item(s) you want to return

2. You will hear back from doidycups.com with a Return Authorization Number (RA #)

3. Send the package to us via the carrier of your choice.

4. Doidycups.com will process a credit/refund to you as soon as the returned item is received.
